1. Your vacation contract

These booking conditions apply to all reservations with Travel-Low-Priced . Of these, the offices are located at  New Delhi (INDIA).The booking conditions apply to you, depending on whether or not you have booked a package or other tourist activities.

A package is a combination of two or more of the following elements:

b) accommodation

c) another travel service

If you are booking a package, your contract is with Travel-Low-Priced. 2. Payments

At the time of booking, you must pay a deposit, depending on the type of reservation, and pay the rest of the cost of accommodation no later than 8 weeks before departure. If you book a room within 8 weeks after departure, full payment is required when booking. If you do not make the necessary payments, your order will be canceled. If you paid the deposit and did not pay the balance on time, you will lose your deposit.

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or net banking. In addition to the total amount of the transaction, an additional fee of 2.53% is charged on credit cards, 1.41% on debit cards and 2.25% on net banking operations.

4. Change on your part

When using Travel-Low-Priced, review the changes and cancellation policies in effect for your airline.  You may need to contact the nearest airline office (airline) directly to receive a canceled reservation.

In addition, you must pay all the costs we incur when making changes, including the fees that providers may charge (such as airlines, hotels). Please note that some travel conditions (for example, Apex tickets) may not be editable after booking, and any change request may result in a fine for canceling up to 100% of this part of the reservation. ,

5. Reprogram your reservation if you cannot travel (packages only)

If you cannot travel, you have the right to transfer your reservation to another person, provided that the original client (s) and the recipient of the transfer pay all expenses incurred by Travel-Low-Priced. However, the arrangements must remain exactly the same. Travel-Low-Priced will make every effort to facilitate translation and, in the case of a transfer, an additional SR administration fee. 1000 must be paid per person.

6. Cancellation / return policy

Most discounted tickets have a cancellation fee of 100%. When booking, check the charges applicable to your ticket. Flights that have a cost of reimbursement must be returned to Travel-Low-Priced, and we will transfer them to airlines. When Travel-Low-Priced receives a refund, you will be paid. This usually takes between 8 and 12 weeks, but in some cases (for example, lost tickets), it can take a lot longer. Make sure that tickets returned to the company are sent by registered mail.

To book international flights, call us . For any self-canceling domestic flights, a standard charge of Rs. 500 will be applied per person and sector, in addition to the penalty for canceling an airline. When booking international flights, the standard fare of 1000 rupees per person is charged in addition to the penalty for cancellation of the airline itself.

Refer to your airline change and cancellation policy when using Travel-Low-Priced. You may need to contact the office of the nearest airline (airline) directly to cancel your reservation.

You must also pay the costs we incur to make changes, including the costs that suppliers may pay (for example, airlines, hotels). Please note that some travel conditions (Apex tickets, for example) may not change after booking, and any change request may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of this portion of the agreement.

8. Travel-Low-Priced changes

Packages

It is unlikely that we will have to change your trips, but we are planning an agreement for several months. Sometimes we may need to make changes and reserve the right to do so at any time. Most of these changes will be minor and we will notify you or your travel agent as soon as possible. Force majeure

This means that we will not pay you compensation if we have to cancel or change the conditions of your trip due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include, for example, war, unrest, labor disputes, terrorist activities, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, adverse weather conditions, floods or other natural disasters. Travel-Low-Priced is committed and will attempt to notify all changes prior to departure, if possible. (See section 13 “Flights”). We pay no compensation in these cases. We will endeavor to find an appropriate alternative, if any.

9. Price policy

All our trips and prices are subject to availability. After issuing the invoice, the price quoted on this invoice may differ as described below or if you change your booking (see paragraphs 4 and 5).

Packages

The cost of your trips may vary based on changes in transportation costs (for example, plane and fuel tickets), changes in fees and service charges (for example, boarding fees or boarding / landing fees at ports and airports) or reflect exchange rate fluctuations. In case of a slight deviation, an amount equivalent to 2% of the invoiced price will be absorbed or saved (excluding insurance premiums and exchange rates). For large variations, this 2% will continue to be absorbed as it increases, but will not be prevented from paying. In all cases, administrative costs will be Rs 100 per person, as well as the amount covered by the travel agent’s commission (if applicable). If this means that you will have to pay an increase of more than 10% of the invoice amount, you have the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid (excluding the change fee). We will consider a refund of paid insurance premiums if you can prove that you cannot transfer or reuse your policy. If you decide to cancel in these circumstances, you must do so within 14 days from the date of issuance on the invoice.

Other tourist activities

For air tickets, after receiving full balance payment, we will not increase the price. In all other situations, we reserve the right to transfer any increase in the value billed by the suppliers.

10. Complaints

If a problem arises while you are abroad, you should immediately inform the appropriate provider (for example, a hotel, a tour operator, a car rental company, an airline) to solve this problem. If the provider cannot solve the problem to your satisfaction, you should also contact us immediately by calling us  in India for the possibility of helping you. If the complaint cannot be resolved at this time, you must write to us within 28 days after your return, citing the original link to the reservation and providing all the necessary information. If you do not follow these steps, we will not be able to solve the problem and / or investigate it completely. As a result, any right to compensation you own may be lost or reduced.

11. Passport, visa and medical conditions.

Make sure you know all the requirements for a passport, a visa and your health status and that you have enough time to receive them. You must verify the requirements with the corresponding embassy, ​​consulate or passport agency. Please note that in many countries your passport must be valid for six months after your stay. The requirements may change and it is your responsibility to comply with the applicable passport, visa and health requirements, as well as carry all necessary documentation to access any country or region where you plan to travel or move. Travel-Low-Priced is not responsible for customers who do not have the appropriate documents. Otherwise, you will be fully responsible for the costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of your failure.

12. Conditions of the suppliers.

Please note that between you and one of the providers whose services are part of your reservation, the general terms and conditions of the suppliers apply. The general terms and conditions of suppliers may limit or exclude liability, often in accordance with international conventions. Copies of these conditions may be requested in writing.

13. Flights

Keep in mind that a “live” flight will not necessarily be nonstop. All departure / arrival times are provided by the respective airlines and are given as an indication. They may change due to air traffic control restrictions, weather conditions, operation / maintenance requirements and requirements for rapid passenger registration. 14. Baggage allowance

If you have a special request, it will be sent to the appropriate provider, but Travel-Low-Priced cannot guarantee it.
