At the time of booking, you must pay a deposit, depending on the type of reservation, and pay the rest of the cost of accommodation no later than 8 weeks before departure. If you book a room within 8 weeks after departure, full payment is required when booking. If you do not make the necessary payments, your order will be canceled. 5. Reprogram your reservation if you cannot travel (packages only)
If you cannot travel, you have the right to transfer your reservation to another person, provided that the original client (s) and the recipient of the transfer pay all expenses incurred by Travel-Low-Priced. 6. Cancellation / return policy
Most discounted tickets have a cancellation fee of 100%. When booking, check the charges applicable to your ticket. To book international flights, call us . For any self-canceling domestic flights, a standard charge of Rs. 500 will be applied per person and sector, in addition to the penalty for canceling an airline. 8. Travel-Low-Priced changes

9. Price policy
All our trips and prices are subject to availability. After issuing the invoice, the price quoted on this invoice may differ as described below or if you change your booking (see paragraphs 4 and 5).
The cost of your trips may vary based on changes in transportation costs (for example, plane and fuel tickets), changes in fees and service charges (for example, boarding fees or boarding / landing fees at ports and airports) or reflect exchange rate fluctuations. In case of a slight deviation, an amount equivalent to 2% of the invoiced price will be absorbed or saved (excluding insurance premiums and exchange rates). Other tourist activities
For air tickets, after receiving full balance payment, we will not increase the price. In all other situations, we reserve the right to transfer any increase in the value billed by the suppliers.
If a problem arises while you are abroad, you should immediately inform the appropriate provider (for example, a hotel, a tour operator, a car rental company, an airline) to solve this problem. If the provider cannot solve the problem to your satisfaction, you should also contact us immediately by calling us in India for the possibility of helping you. If the complaint cannot be resolved at this time, you must write to us within 28 days after your return, citing the original link to the reservation and providing all the necessary information. If you do not follow these steps, we will not be able to solve the problem and / or investigate it completely. As a result, any right to compensation you own may be lost or reduced.
11. Passport, visa and medical conditions.
Make sure you know all the requirements for a passport, a visa and your health status and that you have enough time to receive them. You must verify the requirements with the corresponding embassy, consulate or passport agency. Please note that in many countries your passport must be valid for six months after your stay. The requirements may change and it is your responsibility to comply with the applicable passport, visa and health requirements, as well as carry all necessary documentation to access any country or region where you plan to travel or move. Travel-Low-Priced is not responsible for customers who do not have the appropriate documents. Otherwise, you will be fully responsible for the costs, losses or damages incurred as a result of your failure.
12. Conditions of the suppliers.
Please note that between you and one of the providers whose services are part of your reservation, the general terms and conditions of the suppliers apply. 14. Baggage allowance
